South of the Border Station

You will feel like you are in an authentic Mexican restaurant only better because of the quality of our ingredients! Start with homemade guacamole and couple of types of spicy salsas served with crispy tortilla chips. Then add chili with beef or vegetarian chili. To complete this station we offer made to order fajitas. The beef and chicken are marinated and grilled with sautéed onions and multi colored peppers. We then finish off this station with salsa picante, diced red onions, lettuce, diced tomatoes, black beans and of course flour tortillas. This is served with Mexican rice
